New Executive Managing Director joins firm on its mission to overhaul legal industry’s growth company support model.

Having advised the firm since its founding, Ronak will lead as its chief executive on a mission to redefine legal as the most valued client experience. Under his leadership, modCounsel will build out law firm and technology company partnerships, venture capital and M&A services, and develop a highly engaged global team.
